How Ascend Got Into Bankruptcy Leads

Ascend was founded because my brother's bankruptcy firm in Orlando had a terrible experience with internet bankruptcy leads (ex: many people weren't even looking for bankruptcy).

We recognize the existing low lead conversion rates, so we designed Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 calculators to collect the right information needed for bankruptcy consultations.

How does Ascend get the bankruptcy leads?

We've built a Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 calculator (derived from US Bankruptcy Forms) to collect all the right data you need for a consult.

What are our conversion rates of the bankruptcy leads? We offer two tiers of leads - Tier 1 (attorney does the front end) and Tier 2 (Ascend will reach out to schedule the consult with the attorney). With Tier 1, we've seen 17.5% filling and 30-40% for Tier 2.

What do we provide you? We will provide 50-100 points of bankruptcy consultation data.

How many bankruptcy attorneys get our leads?

We started our bankruptcy calculators in 2019. At the end of 2019, we were working with just 2 bankruptcy firms. By mid-2021, we are now working with over 75 bankruptcy attorneys, and our number of areas we still have leads in is diminishing quickly.
